Warm-ups together
Every session starts as a group — stretching, walking laps and getting the music going so nobody feels rushed or singled out.
Our programs
Fitness sessions built for our athletes — adults and teens with Down syndrome, autism and other disabilities. No experience needed, and no one gets left on the sidelines.

Every session starts as a group — stretching, walking laps and getting the music going so nobody feels rushed or singled out.
Athletes work through simple strength and balance stations with a coach or volunteer beside them, using weights and movements matched to what each person can do today.
Cardio time is about moving and laughing, not competing. Treadmills, bikes, dancing — whatever gets hearts going.
We close with high-fives and celebrating wins out loud. Courage grows fastest when the whole room notices it.

Anyone in the Grand Junction area living with a disability who wants to move, make friends and feel strong. Family members and caregivers are always welcome to stay and join in.
