Cooking class
Athletes plan a simple meal, shop for it, and cook it together — measuring, chopping with adapted tools, using the stove safely, and sitting down to eat what they made.
Our programs
Learning by doing — in a real kitchen, with real recipes, at a pace that works for every athlete in the room.

Athletes plan a simple meal, shop for it, and cook it together — measuring, chopping with adapted tools, using the stove safely, and sitting down to eat what they made.
We talk about food in plain language: what fuels you, what to drink, and how to build a plate. No shame, no complicated charts.
Private, respectful coaching on daily routines — showering, brushing teeth, grooming, laundry — with step-by-step practice and picture guides to take home.
Cleaning up, handling money at the store, following a recipe, asking for help. Small skills that add up to a bigger life.

Teens and adults with disabilities who want more independence at home. Classes are small so everyone gets hands-on time.
